There are no special laws. But insults can be considered “control by coercion,” bullying in the workplace is a violation of the rights of the worker. Bullying also often includes harassment and stalking, both of which are considered offenses. If the aggressor uses racist language, this is a violation.
For example, if a person called you a «Russian whore», it could be considered a criminal offense if it happened in a public place. You have the right to call the police.
