1.2. The Labirint project — is a charity project, created by Rivina Foundation to provide free assistance to women survivors of violence or at risk of violence outside their country (hereinafter referred to as “Project goal“).
1.3. The Labirint project is available via this link (website) https://labirint.online/, including sub-domains (hereinafter referred to as “Website“).
1.4. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as «Agreement») is concluded between the User of the Website (hereinafter referred to as “User“) and the Labirint regarding the use of the Website, including its functions and the procedure for rendering assistance.
1.5. By accepting the Agreement or using the Website, the User agrees to comply with its terms in full.
2.1. The Labirint grants the User the right to use the Website under conditions of a simple (non-exclusive) license in order to use the functions of the Website for its direct purpose in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, lawfully and faithfully.
2.2. Website functions include:

4.1. The Labirint provides free assistance to women survivors of violence or at risk of violence outside their country.
4.2. The Labirint itself determines the cases, conditions, possibility of assistance, its nature and scope depending on the specific situation.
Indicative list of situations for requesting assistance:
The Labirint can provide the following assistance: information, psychological, personal support, and search for a shelter, adaptation search, housing and other possible assistance.
5.1. All information regardless of the form and manner of its transmission is a confidential information except information that:
a) was publicly available at the time of disclosure, either subsequently made publicly available for reasons other than breach of the Labirint’s non-disclosure obligation; or
b) in the event that the Labirint provides appropriate evidence that the information was available to the Labirint prior to its disclosure or was subsequently made available to the Labirint without confidentiality from the source, for which the Labirint was not aware that there was a requirement of confidentiality of such information; or
c) has been independently obtained by the Labirint or has become known to it without violating the Labirint’s obligation not to disclose confidential information, subject to the relevant evidence provided by the Labirint.
(hereinafter referred to as “Confidential information”)
5.2. The Labirint undertakes to use the Users’ Confidential Information solely for implementation of this Agreement.
Except as expressly authorized by the User in writing or as required by law, the Labirint undertakes to observe the strict confidentiality of Confidential Information and to take all reasonable measures required to guarantee its safety.
5.3. The Labirint undertakes to ensure that volunteers and psychologists make similar commitments to the use of confidential information.
6.1. To become a volunteer you need:
6.2. The Labirint considers the application for volunteering and decides on cooperation.
6.3. The Labirint has the right to refuse to cooperate for any reason or without reasons.
7.1. Any user can make a donation and any financial assistance on the Labirint’s Website.
7.2. All receive funds will be directed to the Project’s objectives, including the administrative and other costs of the Labirint to ensure its relevant activities.
7.3. To make a donation, you need: (1) select or enter the amount of the donation, (2) enter your name and e-mail, (3) accept the User Agreement and the Donation Agreement, and (4) donate by any payment method available on the Website.
8.1. The Labirint takes care of Users’ privacy. How personal data is collected, used, and transmitted using the Website, the Labirint explains in the Privacy Policy.
8.2. By using the Website, the User confirms that he has read, understood the Privacy Policy, and agrees that his/her data will be processed as specified in the Privacy Policy.
9.1. Website, all its contents, including but not limited to, trademarks, names, logos or slogans, design elements, translations, domain names, page titles, texts, articles and other objects of exclusive rights (registered or unregistered) submitted on the Website, as well as similar objects of exclusive rights contained in electronic letters addressed to the User, are subject to the exclusive rights of the Labirint and its licensors.
9.2. It is forbidden to copy, imitate, sell, license, modify, distribute, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, decompile, extract the source code or create derivative works based on it of any intellectual property of the Labirint.
9.3. The use by the User of elements of the Website, as well as any of its contents for personal non-commercial use, is allowed provided that all signs of protection of copyright, related rights, trademarks, other notices of authorship, preservation of name (or nickname) of the author/name of the copyright holder in unchanged form, keeping the corresponding object unchanged.
The Website is provided «as it is», the Labirint does not give any warranties, and the Labirint hereby disclaims any warranties, including the warranties of the suitability of the Website for a specific purpose, the quality of operation and the reliability of its use.
11.1. The user is responsible for compliance and undertakes to reimburse the Labirint for any (direct or indirect) losses, damages, as well as any liability, obligations and claims for its breach due to his/her fault or gross negligence (a) of the Volunteering Agreement; (b) other agreements, conditions applicable to it; (c) laws and other regulations; (d) any rights of third parties.
11.2. The Labirint shall not be liable for any (direct or indirect) loss, damage, loss of profit arising from or due to (a) use or inability to use the Website for any reason and/or (b) Provision or inability to provide/receive assistance.
11.3. The Parties shall not be liable for failure or improper performance of obligations under the Volunteering Agreement, if they prove that this was due to the circumstances of irresistible force (force majeure) which the Parties could neither foresee nor prevent. Force majeure circumstances include: military actions, fire, natural disasters, military operations of any nature, blockades, bans on export or import, strikes, civil disturbances, delays due to an accident or unfavorable weather conditions, epidemics, pandemics, massive blackouts, Internet blackouts, acts of any authorized authority affecting the fulfillment of obligations under this Agreement.
12.1. All requests related to the interpretation, validity and execution of this Agreement should be regulated, interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of Georgia, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the country of residence of the User.
12.2. In the event of any disagreement or dispute between the Parties, the submission of a claim (a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute) is obligatory before applying to the court.
12.2.1. Claims to the Labirint can be sent:
12.2.2. A scanned written version of the claim must be attached to the e-mail when the claim is sent by e-mail.
12.2.3. The recipient of the claim within 30 calendar days of its receipt shall notify the claimant in writing of the outcome of the claim review.
12.3. If it is not possible to resolve the dispute voluntarily, either Party shall have the right to apply for its resolution to the court at the location of the Labirint, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the country of residence of the User.
12.4. If applicable law permits it, the User agrees that he/she may sue the Labirint only on her/his own behalf and not as a claimant or group member in a class action.
If the Labirint does not notify the User of any violation of this Agreement or waive any right, it will not be considered a waiver of the Labirint’s protection against this or any other violation or use of such rights in the future.
If any provision of this Agreement is considered null and void or invalid under any law, act, regulation, or decision of the competent authority, such provision shall be deemed to have been amended or deleted, but only to the extent where this is necessary to comply with such an act, regulation or decision, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
The Labirint may assign or otherwise transfer its rights and / or obligations under this Agreement without notifying the User or obtaining his consent. The User may not assign or otherwise transfer his rights and / or duties under this Agreement.
16.1. The Labirint has the right to change, stop and/or terminate the operation of the Website, its contents and functions, and from time to time to make changes to this Agreement without prior notice to the User.
The latest version of the Agreement will be published on the Website.
16.2. The user should check for changes from time to time. By continuing to use the website, the User confirms that he has read and agrees with the amended Agreement.

1.1. This volunteering agreement is concluded between:
Volunteer organization Rivina Foundation — a non-profit organization, registered under the laws of Georgia, registration number: 404637933 with its legal and current address 6 Mtkvari str., apartment 1a, Krtsanskyi raion, city of Tbilisi, Georgia. (hereinafter referred to as “Labirint”) and
Volunteer (hereinafter referred to as “Volunteer”) regarding the provision of free services to Women within the framework and in accordance with the objectives of the “Labirint” project (hereinafter referred to as the “Volunteering Agreement”).
1.2. The goal of the “Labirint” project is the provision of free assistance to women survivors of violence or at risk of violence outside their country (hereinafter referred to as “Women“).
2.1. To become a Volunteer you must simultaneously comply with the following conditions:

2.5. The volunteer confirms that he/she has read the Privacy Policy and agrees that her data will be processed as specified in the Privacy Policy.
3.1. All information regardless of the form and manner of its transmission:
3.2. The information is not confidential if:
a) was publicly available at the time of disclosure, either subsequently made publicly available for reasons other than breach of the Volunteer’s non-disclosure obligation; or
b) in the event that the Volunteer provides appropriate evidence that the information was available to the Volunteer prior to its disclosure or was subsequently made available to the Volunteer without confidentiality from the source, for which the Volunteer was not aware that there was a requirement of confidentiality of such information; or
c) has been independently obtained by the Volunteer or has become known to her without violating the Volunteer’s obligation not to disclose confidential information, subject to the relevant evidence provided by the Volunteer.
3.3. The Volunteer undertakes to use Confidential Information solely to assist the Woman in accordance with the Volunteering Agreement.
3.4. Unless otherwise expressly authorized by the Woman in writing or required by law, the Volunteer undertakes to observe strict confidentiality of the Confidential Information and to take all reasonable measures required to guarantee its safety.
3.5. The volunteer undertakes to delete all confidential information, including e-mails, received for implementing the Volunteering Agreement after the completion of assistance to the woman.
3.6. Obligation of non-disclosure of confidential information remains in force for 5 years after the termination of the Volunteering Agreement.
4.1. The volunteer is personally responsible and personally responsible for any harm, loss, damages caused to the Woman by the fault or gross negligence of the Volunteer.
4.2. The volunteer is responsible for compliance and undertakes to reimburse the Labirint for any (direct or indirect) losses, damages, as well as any liability, obligations and claims for its breach due to his/her fault or gross negligence (a) of the Volunteering Agreement; (b) other agreements, conditions applicable to it; (c) laws and other regulations; (d) any rights of third parties.
4.3. The Labirint may assign or transfer its rights and / or obligations under this Agreement without notifying the other party or obtaining the consent of the other party. A volunteer may not assign or transfer her rights and / or duties under this Agreement.
9.1. The volunteering agreement may be amended and terminated early on the initiative of either Party.
9.2. The party that wishes to terminate the agreement should notify the other party at least 3 days before the termination date by e-mail.
9.3. The Labirint has the right unilaterally amend the Volunteering Agreement. The Labirint undertakes to notify the Volunteer by e-mail of any significant changes.

1.1. This agreement for charity donations into the “Labirint” project through the website https://labirint.online/ (hereinafter referred to as “Website”) is concluded between:
Charity recipient (beneficiary) Rivina Foundation — a non-profit organization, registered under the laws of Georgia, registration number: 404637933 with its legal and current address 6 Mtkvari str., apartment 1a, Krtsanskyi raion, city of Tbilisi, Georgia. (hereinafter referred to as “Labirint”) and
Donor (hereinafter referred to as “Donor”) collectively referred to as “Parties” in respect of charity donations into the “Labirint” project (hereinafter referred to as “Donation agreement”).
1.2. Any person with legal capacity who has reached the age of majority may be a donor.
1.3. Acceptance of the Donation Agreement by ticking and making donation means the full consent of the Donor to the terms of the Donation Agreement.
1.4. The Labirint is ready to conclude donation agreements in any manner and (or) under conditions other than those provided for in this Donation Agreement. To make a donation on other terms, the interested person has the right to contact the Labirint by e-mail office@labirint.online.
2.1. Donor, as a voluntary charitable donation, donates its own funds to the Labirint in any way, which is available on the Website and Labirint accepts a charitable donation and undertakes to use it for the purposes of the Labirint activity.
2.2. The amount of the donation is set by the donors themselves.
2.3. The donor undertakes to use the payment method belonging to him/her (registered in his/her name).
2.4. Before making a donation, the Donor undertakes to enter his name and e-mail on the donation page on the Website and to accept the User Agreement and the Donation Agreement.
2.5. By making a donation the Donor confirms that he/she has read the Privacy Policy and agrees that his/her data will be processed as specified in the Privacy Policy.
2.5. The Donor guarantees that the donation funds belong to him/her personally, was legally received by him/her and he/she undertakes to confirm this fact at the first request of the Labirint.
2.5. The Donor has the right to be informed about the use of his/her donation.
2.6. Donation is not refundable.
3.1. The Labirint provides free help and assistance to women survivors of violence or at risk of violence outside their country.
3.2. The Labirint has no profit goal.
3.3. The organization publishes information about their work and reports on the results of activities on the Website https://labirint.online/.3.4. The Labirint processes the Donor’s personal data as specified in the Privacy Policy.
