Legislation punishing bullying

The Italian Criminal Code does not have a specific crime of bullying. However, the acts in which bullying normally manifests itself are criminalized (e.g. personal injuries, threats, stalking, etc.) . See the section on domestic and sexual violence to see the provisions criminalizing such acts.
