Legislation punishing bullying

Harassment is generally an offense punishable under the Non-Fatal Offences Against The Person Act 1997.

In addition, harassment, bullying, and similar violence in the domestic context is regulated by the provisions of The Domestic Violence Act 2018 (which replaced the Domestic Violence Act 1996 and the Domestic Violence (Amendment) Act 2002).

Online harassment (including of sexual nature) is regulated under the Harassment, Harmful Communications and Related Offences Bill 2017.
